How many people can you accommodate?
We have run events from intimate groups of 12 up to company-wide gatherings of several hundred. For very large groups we use rotation formats and multiple courts so everyone stays active. Tell us your headcount and we will build the format around it.
Do participants need any pickleball experience?
None at all. Pickleball is genuinely learnable in five minutes, and our coaches run a quick warm-up clinic so every player, from total beginner to weekend regular, is rallying and scoring quickly.
What if we don't have a venue or courts?
We can help. We work with resorts, clubs, and dedicated pickleball complexes across the Coachella Valley, and we can bring portable nets to convert other flat spaces when needed. Mention your situation in your quote request and we will recommend options.
How far in advance should we book?
For peak season (roughly January through April in the desert), two to four weeks ahead is ideal because venues and coaches fill up. We will always try to accommodate shorter timelines, so reach out even if your date is soon.
